M.A lux Concierge is a private chauffeur and luxury concierge service based in London, built for people who value their time, their privacy and the details that turn a journey into a considered experience.

What we do

We arrange private chauffeur journeys across London and the United Kingdom: airport transfers from Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton, Stansted, Farnborough and Biggin Hill, hourly chauffeur hire for meetings and events, VIP travel and full-day itineraries. Beyond the car, our concierge team handles restaurant and hotel reservations, private events, VIP access, personal shopping and travel planning. Vehicles are presented to the highest standard and driven by trained, discreet chauffeurs.

Who it is for

Our clients are private individuals, international families, executives and corporate travel teams who visit London regularly, together with event organisers and guests who need one trusted point of contact in the city. Every request is handled on its own terms: a single airport pickup, or a week of movements, bookings and last-minute changes.

Who builds it

M.A lux was founded by Antonio Lo Presti, who has spent nine years in London’s luxury sector, and by Ragusa Matteo Stefano, an Italian-born entrepreneur based between Switzerland and London and founder of DCR Exotic Car Rental and of Altinium, a French charter flight company. Together they built M.A lux to close the gaps they saw in the luxury concierge market: reliable execution, genuine discretion and a single standard of service.

Antonio has spent nine years in London’s luxury sector, building relationships with the city’s hotels, restaurants, private clubs and property managers. He leads the day-to-day delivery of every M.A lux journey, from the first reply to the chauffeur at the door.

Matteo Stefano Ragusa

Matteo Stefano Ragusa

Italian-born and based between Switzerland and London, Matteo is an entrepreneur in private aviation and luxury mobility. He founded Altinium, a French charter flight company, and DCR Exotic Car Rental, and brings to M.A lux a network built across Europe and the Gulf.
